Garage door spring broke this morning. When I got home from work I called. Lucky for me he was in the area. About 1 hour later both springs were changed, operational check and lube completed. Fast, competent and courteous.
Fast forward about 3 years, my garage doors took a beating during the 2024 hurricane season and one developed a crack which had gotten larger and was causing the door to sag and possibly collapse. I had Copper Top come out for an estimate and they said they could brace the door and it would probably hold. However I figured why take chances and chose to replace both my doors with hurricane rated, insulated doors. After waiting for a couple of weeks for the doors to come in, they came out today and did the entire job in under 4 hours. The doors look great, are sturdy as hell and operate much quieter.
