We thought our garage door wasn't working and called Tom. He let me know when he was going to be here and what pricing was for what I thought was wrong with my garage door. He showed up promptly and after briefly looking at it he had it working again (operator error). He did not charge us and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. Tom was great! Friendly and fast. He actually came out to my house a year ago when my garage door opener broke and I had bought a refurbished opener that he found needed some parts. He couldn't install it but didn't charge me for the appointment! I called him back last week to come and install the new one that I bought and he remembered me and he came right away!
