What to Expect During Your Garage Door InstallationThe day you have been waiting for is finally here! All the time you’ve spent finding the right new garage door is all about to pay off. Today, you are having your new garage doors installed. To make sure that this day runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible, we have provided you with a few things to do to make the garage door installation simple.

1.  Pets and children – Having installers come to your house can be exciting for little kids and pets. It is important to keep them in another area of the home so that they and the installers can remain safe.

2.  Cars – It is best to have all of your vehicles removed from the garage as to give the installers plenty of space to work during your garage door installation.

3.  Available power – It will be necessary to test the garage door after installation to ensure that they are properly working. The installers may need access to power during the installation as well.

4.  Allow access – The installation team will need you to allow them access to the garage. Once they begin working, you can sit back, relax and go about your day as usual.
